Principle:

A inverter resistance spot welding machine including(configuration) :

1: Inverter spot welding power supply

2: Precision welding head

3: Finger protect system(soft touch system, optional)

4: welder checker(optional)

5: Welding cable

6: Electrode

7: Jigs if needed.

 

Good news! we developed the "soft touch system" to protect finger from pinch point injury when operate sopt welder. as below photo.


1: Inverter spot welding power supply

Character:

1,IGBT inverter with 4kHz frequency.

2,Three welding pulses with upslope and downslope.

3,Constant-current/constant-voltage/constant power/fixed pulse width control mode.

4,Upper and lower monitor of the current or the voltage etc.

5,Easily operating,.

6,Full I/O interface. The power supply can be easily used on a automatic machine.

7,Over heat false/wrong input voltage false/over control false.

 

Principle:

As the main circuit diagram below, the inverter welding power supply working principle is : (220V 50Hz AC)-----(310V 50Hz DC)-----(310V 4kHz AC)-----(5-18V 4kHz DC).

That is why the frequency being changed, because of the high frequency, the welder become more precision. 

1, for 50Hz, we can only set 20ms welding time as a unit. but for 4kHz, we can set 0.25ms welding time as a unit, 80 times inproved. 

2,when we do closed-loop constant control, the feedback speed is different, 20ms once by 0.25ms once, it is very much different.

AS the waveform of pulse DC current is flat, not like AC curve and around "zero"

We have compared that the DC power supply can sace more than 50% power than AC ones.
 

2,Advantages of inverter seam welding power supply and the current waveform of capacitor type/AC type/inverter type/crystal type

a,Inverter type of seam sealing power supply can saving 50% power than others.

b,Inverter type of seam sealing power supply can improve 3% stability than others.means less defective products.

1,Simple description:

Electrode pressure - also known as 'force' - is a key parameter in resistance welding. Proper force guarantees both weld quality and consistency by improving fit-up of the parts being welded, thus increasing the current path and reducing interface resistance. Force is provided by the weld head.

 We offers a full range of resistance welding heads including manual, air-actuated, and electromagnetic models with opposed, step, series, and parallel gap electrode configurations. Force ranges from just 10N to 2000N (725.7kg) to address both fine and large scale spot welding applications.
